Administrative Assistant

Closing Folders is the leading provider of legal transaction management software. Closing Folders automates the management of closing checklists, signature pages, and closing books in complex corporate legal transactions. Our customers include many of the largest law firms in the world.

We are hiring an administrative assistant with excellent communication skills to help with all kinds of stuff around the office.  This role will also be required to fill in on customer support from time to time.

Responsibilities include:

  • providing support to company founders with day to day business operations
  • scheduling meetings
  • managing and organizing office common spaces
  • providing overflow customer support

Suitable candidate must have:

  • Bachelor of Arts or similar
  • excellent communication skills- both verbal and written
  • customer service experience
  • positive attitude and flexibility
  • good with computers
  • barista experience is an asset
