Customer Support Agent

Closing Folders is the leading provider of legal transaction management software. Closing Folders automates the management of closing checklists, signature pages, and closing books in complex legal transactions. Our customers include many of the largest law firms in the world.

We are looking for a customer support agent with excellent communication skills to ensure that our users have an exceptional experience using Closing Folders. As the company continues to grow, we are expanding our operations into the European market. This can either be a part-time position with the hours of 3am – 8am, Monday through Friday, or a full-time position with the hours 3am – 11am, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include:

  • customer support: answering calls, responding to emails and chats in a professional and timely manner
  • reporting feedback from customers
  • conducting remote training sessions and webinars
  • writing marketing materials such as a monthly update newsletter, technical documentation and help centre articles
  • testing new features and reporting bugs

Suitable candidate must have:

  • Bachelor of Arts or similar
  • excellent communication skills- both verbal and written
  • customer service experience
  • positive attitude and flexibility
